This project is a parking access control solution for the parking lot of a government and business office complex. The site has one-in-one-out lanes with a clear width of 4.5 meters. E40Pro barrier gates with 4.5m straight arm are deployed, equipped with non-spring machine core. The entrance is located in an open-air outdoor parking lot. The traffic mainly consists of commuter passenger cars, with concentrated traffic during morning and evening peak hours and high daily opening-closing frequency. The project requires stable operation, long-term reliability and low maintenance demand. The gates are integrated with license plate recognition systems and QR code payment terminals to realize unmanned self-service access.
For conventional spring barrier gates under frequent start-stop scenarios, balance springs are prone to fatigue attenuation and elasticity decline, requiring regular adjustment and replacement, which leads to high operation and maintenance costs. The E40Pro adopts non-spring machine core, removing vulnerable spring parts and reducing mechanical wear points, which significantly lowers long-term maintenance frequency and cost. The 4.5m straight arm fully covers the standard lane width. With DC variable frequency drive, the boom lifts and lowers smoothly without impact, adapting to the concentrated traffic during peak hours in office parks. After deployment, the parking lot realizes fully unmanned management with improved traffic efficiency and stable equipment performance, meeting the high-quality access management requirements of government and business office areas.
