Project Overview

This project is a vehicle access control upgrade for the entrance of a government office compound. The main lane has a clear width of 4.5 meters. E40Pro intelligent barrier gates with 4.5m fence arm are deployed, equipped with non-spring machine core. Located at the open-air entrance of the government office, the site mainly handles official vehicles and visiting social vehicles, with concentrated traffic during weekday peak hours. There is also mixed traffic of pedestrians and non-motor vehicles. The compound has high requirements for access control security, equipment operation stability and neat appearance. The gates are integrated with license plate recognition system to realize orderly vehicle access and strengthen entrance security management.

Implementation Key Points

1. Foundation installation: Concrete foundation is poured on site, and the cabinet is horizontally fixed with expansion bolts to reduce equipment operation vibration and ensure position accuracy during long-term operation.
2. Boom assembly: The 4.5m fence arm is assembled in sections and fixed to the mechanism output end through special U-shaped connectors. Horizontal and vertical limits of the boom are preset before delivery. The non-spring machine core achieves dynamic balance through motor torque, requiring no on-site spring tension adjustment and greatly shortening installation and commissioning time.
3. System integration: Connected with the compound’s license plate recognition and vehicle management system to realize automatic vehicle verification and orderly exit release. It supports RS485 communication to connect to the compound’s security management platform for centralized control.
4. Safety protection: Standard obstacle rebound function automatically lifts the boom when encountering obstacles during closing. The fence arm structure improves visual warning effect and physically blocks pedestrians and non-motor vehicles from tailgating. Combined with loop anti-crush function, it builds multiple layers of safety protection.

Project Operation Benefits

For conventional spring barrier gates under high-frequency operation in government compounds, balance springs are prone to fatigue attenuation, requiring regular maintenance and adjustment. Ordinary straight booms can hardly block pedestrians and non-motor vehicles from illegal passing, leaving security loopholes.
